To Whom It May Concern,
Let me tell you how my life was changed forever, in the
best of ways of course.
My house is my castle, but after living in it for 17
years, it started to make me feel like I was living in a
dungeon. Don't get me wrong, I am a very clean person. I am
also a very busy mother and business owner. My major problem
was being unorganized. You know how it is, all of a sudden
you find a few things out of place in the kitchen. The only
thing is the things are not from the kitchen, they are from
other rooms in the house. You don't have time to run all over
the house putting things away, so the next best thing is to
shove them out of sight in a drawer, cupboard or closet so at
least you don't have to look at them. Always with the silent
promise, "As soon as I have a second to myself, I'll put that
where it belongs. " Well, the seconds are always spent
somewhere else. Guess what else, the kitchen is not the only
drop zone for misplaced items. Each and every room and closet
took its turn. After 17 years and at least 100 attempts to
tackle it on my own, I waved the white flag and decided to
get some help.
A friend of mine gave me a business card from Room
2 Room Organizing. She had a room in her
house organized by this great new company and was absolutely
thrilled with how it turned out. I gave them a call to set up
an appointment. Patricia John was very in tune with the
frustration I was feeling. It's always slightly embarrassing
to admit you have a problem with handling the household.
Patricia assured me all would be well. She conducted a
questionnaire with me over the phone. She told me it was to
learn a little about me and to establish exactly what my
personal organizing needs were. I instantly felt at ease
telling her in what areas I was having trouble. It was as if
I was talking to someone I have known my whole life. She
scheduled an appointment to get started. We worked together
as a team. We literally worked from Room 2 Room. We went
through every drawer, closet, and cabinet. I decided what was
going to be kept, thrown out, or donated. The process was
amazing. When we were finished, my house was a castle again.
Patricia is wonderful at what she does. She had great ideas
for organizing and storage, ideas I would never have thought
of.
Needless to say, life is a lot easier now. I feel
like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Knowing where
things are in the house, without guessing 20 different places
where something might be located. Now when I want something, I
know exactly where it is. There is less tension in the house. No
more arguing about where someone's lost something is.
I would recommend Room
2 Room Organizing to anyone who needs a
closet, room, or entire house organized. Patricia John is the
best thing to happen to this household. I cannot thank her
enough.
Sincerely,
Heather,
